Synchronizing Local and Remote Directories using WinSCP

1. Use the Norton Commander Interface
2. Select the local directory on the left pane
       eg C:\admin\tmp\g2data
3. Select the remote directory on the right hand pane
       eg /var/www/jg2data
4. On the menu bar select Commands --> Syncrhonize
5. Adjust the options
       Take special note of whether the file transfer direction is:
       Local --> Remote, Remote --> Local or Remote <--> Local
6. Click OK
