Life sometimes expects us to be jugglers. Unfortunately juggling isn’t one of my skills.

Recently we have had the Hunter River flooding it’s banks making travel impossible. Many people have been flooded and the general unsettledness of the district is palpable. I will call that ball one. Ball two is our bathroom renovation, we are at the end of it and we ‘just want it finished’ a source close to me was heard to say. The pouring rain and windy weather has caused outdoor work to be impossible so it has been delayed for weeks. Ball three is my hopes and dreams and the time that I calculate that it will take to achieve them.
I am not one who manages to keep several things `in the air’ simultaneously. And although I have tried to make it all fly, things are getting dropped. So I’m finding life challenging to say the least.

I think I need to refocus and pare it all back to what’s important.
