Exclude Junction Points when Using Robocopy to Copy Windows 7 User Profiles off a Machine

Just had a situation where I was copying multiple versions of the same file because robocopy was following junction points.

robocopy /e C:\Users\Username \\remote-host\D$\target_folder *.* /XJ
