Installed F12 last night and am just typing this to you now from it.

Seems a tad more stable than Ubuntu 9.10.

Installed using the LIVE CD “Install to Hard Disk” option which doesn’t include OpenOffice or GIMP.

With a default install I didn’t have to install extra packages to create a PPTP VPN with Network Manager. But had to install custom repository in yum to get MP3, M4A working (which is normal Fedora because of it’s concerns over patent lawsuits).

Amazing…. Thunderbird 3.0b account setup asks for a couple of details and then goes off and tries to auto-configure… Plug and Play for email.
