Scribus while a little pernickity to use on occasion gives you great power in the flexibility and layout of a document.

So if you want to max out your letter sizing and have a lot of placement control then it's quite good.

I had better get back to sorting through the Tools I need to sell. 3 generations (My fathers, Grand Fathers (mums dad) and my own) sigh... memories
