What areas do you service?

Toggen is based in Ringwood East in Melbourne.

As long as the site has a suitable internet connection Toggen can use screen sharing software to support any location.

For on-site visits Toggen typically attends sites in the Melbourne Metropolitan area. By prior arrangement Toggen can service interstate clients on-site.

What do your services cost?

Generally we charge an hourly rate for ad-hoc support.

Can you support older or legacy equipment?

Yes. Toggen understands you may have legacy equipment you need to keep running.

We start by taking a “cold” image of the legacy operating system so that all data can be accessed if it fails. Then…

As long as software licenses support it we can do physical to virtual (P2V) uplifts to get the legacy equipment running on new hardware.

If P2V transfer is not possible sometimes the legacy software can be made to run on later versions of the operating system using the application compatibility tools supplied with the later version of the operating system.
