Problem: Intune Win32App’s and Microsoft Edge browser will not install. AAD domain joined Computer successfully auto-enrolled for Intune management wouldn’t install the assigned Win32Apps & Microsoft Edge Browser (it did install Office and the MSI based apps)

Investigation: Looked in Log at C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\IntuneManagementExtension\Logs\IntuneManagementExtension.log found “[Win32App] app workload is not switched from SCCM, skip app check in.”

Cause: This was because I had been playing with SCCM and had the configuration manager client installed on my computer.

Resolution: Uninstall the Windows SCCM Configuration Client after which restart the IntuneManagementExtension service or reboot

Uninstall Configuration Manager Client

C:\Windows\ccmsetup\ccmsetup.exe /uninstall

Restart the Intune Management Extension

Get-Service IntuneManagementExtension | Restart-Service
