Just re-installed my workstation from ISO and installed OpenVPN Connect. The new 3.8.0 version has had an interface re-design.

To add your username and password to an OpenVPN Connection profile in the new interface

Click Menu Icon => My Profiles => Click the Pen Icon to Edit Your Profile => Add a username and password => Save Changes
