Reducing Information Overload

This book "The 4 Hour work week" covers a lot of ground. And reading it I get the feeling that it conforms strongly to Gen-Y's world view, and so may require some mental paradigm shifting for older readers.

I can't fault it for showing multiple techniques for decoupling us from our cultural addiction to make-work and it's strong advice to divest ourselves of "stuff" which despite advertisings siren call of how "things" enrich us, actually detracts from our peace-of-mind and happiness in our lives.
