Get the Fedora 41 netinst ISO

https://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/41/Everything/aarch64/iso/Fedora-Everything-netinst-aarch64-41-1.4.iso

Download and create VM in VMWare fusion and point it at the Everything ISO

Install with defaults - This will install a console only install of Fedora 41

Reboot

Login and run the following as an administrator or root

dnf update

dnf group install kde-desktop

dnf group install kde-desktop-environment
