Cannot provision an Azure Marketplace VM with Free Subscription

Problem: Trying to provision OpenVPN Access Server from the Marketplace and get:

You cannot purchase reservation because required AAD tenant information is missing. Please ask your tenant admin to fill this form: https://aka.ms/orgprofile (Code: "AccountSetupError)"

Resolution: You need to use a paid subscription

Thanks for this post! The error message was not at all clear to me and the link was not helpful at all: https://aka.ms/orgprofile. I wasn't able to proceed through the login experience.
