Default Ubuntu 9.10 Empathy Chat Client doesn’t support MSN Video ATM

Googled and found this Empathy FAQ

Points to Ubuntu Personal Package Archive with an Empathy package which includes MSN support here ==> https://launchpad.net/~telepathy/+archive/ppa/

However I am getting a “503 Service Unavailable. No server is available to handle this request.”

So hopefully it will work soon and I can get my MSN Video going.
