If you are attempting to boot Fedora 37 in Hyper-V and you get >>Start PXE over IPv4 instead of the Fedora Grub Boot menu

You need to make a change to the “Security” settings for the VM

Expand Security and change the Secure Boot Template: to “Microsoft UEFI Certificate Authority”

Once you do that you can successfully boot the Fedora 37 ISO
