Just did a firmware upgrade on a Wyse 3040 running 

$ lsb_release -a
No LSB modules are available.
Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description:    Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS
Release:        22.04
Codename:       jammy

To show a list of available upgrades

sudo fwupdmgr get-upgrades

To run the upgrade

sudo fwupdmgr upgrade
