Just got this error from an Outlook 2010 client:

Cannot open your default e-mail folders.  You must connect to Microsoft Exchange 
with the current profile before you can synchronize your folders with your 
Outlook data file (.ost).

P3: heqz
P4: 0x8004011D

Site power outage on Saturday and everything got a restart.

The fix was start the Microsoft Exchange RPC Client Access service.
