OK so we have the `Rutherford Industrial Estate' nearby but what about the Silicon Valley of the Hunter? I propose `Telarah Technology Park'. We could put it right near Bunnings and cater to everyone that is interested in starting a high tech business.

I'm sure at least 2 people in the Hunter would be interested.
