Trying to send an invoice using Microsoft Outlook from a very old version of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and getting an error dialog containing:

“A call to Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.lntegration.Office.Outlook.IOutlookMessage.Recipients failed with this message: Specified argument was out of the range of valid values. Parameter name: value”

The Problem: A blank row in the Email Setup for the Customer

The Resolution: Delete the blank row
