CakePHP 3.x Google No Translate Meta Tags

Just had a page think it was french despite having

<html lang="en">

So to get CakePHP to make the recommended meta tags as listed here =>

<?= $this->Html->meta([
'http-equiv' => "Content-Language",
'content' => "en"
]); ?>
// outputs this meta tag
<meta http-equiv="Content-Language" content="en">

<?= $this->Html->meta('google', 'notranslate'); ?>
// outputs this meta tag
<meta name="google" content="notranslate">
