PGAdmin4 on M1 Mac fails to connect

Trying to connect PGAdmin 4 (pgadmin4-7.2-x86_64.dmg) on an M1 Macbook to a remote Postgres server using SSH tunnelling and SSH username/password auth and you get:

Unable to connect to server: Failed to decrypt the SSH tunnel password. Error: 'ServerManager' object has no attribute 'manager'

Work-a-round

Change to Identity file auth.
