Problem, Cause, Resolution
One thing I noticed with the instructions is that the download of FDOEM.144 didn’t actually contain command.com I’m not sure that this was because of a mistake on my part. So I had to copy command.com into the enlarged FDOEM.144 image. Then the iso would boot. Dos won’t boot without a command interpreter…
